P&A Welcomes New Board Members

Two new members were elected to the Board of Directors of Protection and Advocacy System earlier this year.

Karl McKibben is the Chairperson of the People First Self-Determination Task Force, and has provided testimony in support of consumer-directed services to legislative committees and state agency advisory committees. Karl receives services and supports from a community-based provider agency in Albuquerque.

Larry Holland is retired from a career with the Bureau of Land Management. He is a double-amputee who provides disability awareness programs to public school students and at ENMU-Roswell. He is a past president of the Roswell Kiwanis Club and serves on the Board of Directors of Tobosa Developmental Services, the DD provider agency in the Roswell area.
