New Mexico Technology Assistive Program (NMTAP), Adelante-TechWorks, Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) and Long Term Services Division (LTSD) presented a day and a half long conference on assistive technology at the Technical Vocational Institute (TVI) Workforce Training Center on April 30th and May 1st.
There were seventeen sessions covering areas such as:

The Keynote speaker was Mary Keener Beresford, Director of the Governor's Council on Disability. She spoke of the importance of accessibility from a personal perspective.
The conference also offered a room for vendors to show their AT products.
